Legal

Terms of Service

Effective date: 23 August 2026

The service

ContentPipe is a private application available only to authorized users. There is no public registration.

The Google and YouTube integration is identified as Carmen Bratu YouTube Uploader.

Your channel and content

You must have permission to access and publish to any YouTube channel you connect.

You are responsible for the videos, titles, descriptions, thumbnails and other content you publish through ContentPipe.

You must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube Community Guidelines, copyright rules and applicable law.

Prohibited use

You must not use the service for copyright infringement, impersonation, misleading metadata, abuse, unauthorized access or illegal content.

Google and YouTube

Google and YouTube availability, API limits, verification requirements, quota restrictions and processing delays are outside ContentPipe’s control.

Uploads may be restricted to Private while the Google Cloud / YouTube API project is unverified or unaudited. These terms do not state that the application is Google-verified or YouTube-audited.

Access and availability

We may suspend access to protect accounts, data or service integrity.

The service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

Liability

ContentPipe is provided for authorized use as-is. We are not responsible for decisions made by Google or YouTube, for content you choose to publish, or for downtime or API changes outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Stopping the YouTube integration

You may stop using the YouTube integration by disconnecting it in platform settings. Disconnect revokes Google access where supported and deletes locally stored OAuth tokens.
