Privacy Policy

Effective date: 23 August 2026

What this application is

ContentPipe is a private, access-controlled content management application. It is not a public consumer product. Only authorized users can sign in.

The Google and YouTube integration is identified as Carmen Bratu YouTube Uploader.

Google and YouTube integration

ContentPipe integrates with Google OAuth and YouTube Data API v3 so that an authorized user can connect a selected YouTube channel and upload or manage videos they choose to publish.

The integration requests these two scopes:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload — to upload and manage videos requested by the user.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly — only to identify and verify the connected YouTube channel and read the status/metadata required for the integration.

youtube.readonly is used to prevent uploads to the wrong channel.

Data we process

Depending on how the YouTube integration is used, ContentPipe may process:

  • Google account identifiers
  • YouTube channel ID and channel title
  • OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens
  • token expiry
  • granted scopes
  • uploaded video metadata (titles, descriptions, tags and related package fields)
  • video files selected for publication
  • YouTube video IDs
  • upload status
  • API errors returned by Google or YouTube

How we use this data

Google credentials and tokens are used only to connect the selected YouTube channel, refresh authorization, and upload or manage videos requested by the authenticated user.

Video files and metadata are processed only to provide the requested publishing workflow.

We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with unrelated third parties. Data may be transmitted to Google and YouTube as required to provide the integration.

Storage and access

OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest. They are never intentionally exposed to browser JavaScript, application logs or public pages.

Access to ContentPipe is limited to authorized platform users.

Disconnect and deletion

Users can disconnect YouTube from the platform settings. On disconnect, the application revokes Google access where supported and deletes locally stored OAuth tokens.

Users can request deletion of YouTube integration data by contacting anatech@gmail.com.

Operational records may be retained only as reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting and legal obligations.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

ContentPipe uses Google user data only to provide or improve the YouTube publishing features that authorized users request in the application. We do not transfer Google user data to others except as needed to operate those features, to comply with law, or with the user’s direction. We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements. We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless the user gives us permission, it is necessary for security or legal reasons, or the data is aggregated and no longer identifiable.

Google and YouTube policies

Google and YouTube may process data under their own policies. See the Google Privacy Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service.
